- he PIP tab should be a tab in employee review
- Staff being put on PIP should have already his mid/end year review done by his manager. The PIP is like a result of the review
- The Manager while setting the PIP goals for the staff, he/she should be able to select the PIP period (start date to be the date the PIP goals are set and end to be determined by the manager)
- After the PIP period is done, the staff should be prompted to make his/her review
- Note: The PIP review is the normal goals review process as is currently in Odoo
